Single Phase Preventer (SPP)

AT-SPP protects three Phase Electric motor against Single Phase failure, High Voltage or Low Voltage,Unbalanced Supply voltage condition. It can be used for any HP rated motor. Trip time also provided as per customer requirements to avoid mistripping of the motor.
Most of total burn out of the motors are mainly due to overloading caused by unbalanced voltage & Phase failure condition. The faults are undetected by conventional Analog relay & even too late detected in some cases after failure happens. To avoid such causality& reduce the maintenance cost, AT India Circuits introduced Single Phase Preventer.

Technical Details
- Voltage Sensing SPP: It senses negative sequence component of voltage and protects the motor against Phase failure, Unbalance Supply and reverse Phase sequence of voltage.
- Single Phasing: If any phase failure happen, AT-SPP will trip the motor
- Reverse Phasing: Based on customer requirement, we do changes. Motor will run even in reverse phase or its trip the motor.
- Unbalanced Supply: if Voltage unbalanced is higher than 45V +/- 5 V, It trip the motor
